Ewa Duraj
ICF PCC Coach & Learning Expert
Ewa Duraj is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and learning expert with extensive experience in leadership, career, and parental transitions coaching. She has delivered more than 500 coaching hours and trained over 1,100 participants across 15+ countries on topics such as Emotional Intelligence, Business Culture, and Team Dynamics.
Alongside her coaching practice, Ewa works as a consultant for a leading luxury group and serves as a visiting lecturer at the Geneva School of Business Administration (HEG). At IBM HEG, she leads the “Leading Yourself” program, designed to help first- and second-year students build self-awareness, strengthen self-regulation, and design sustainable career plans.
