A hands-on workshop in which you will be able to project yourself in the future and build a strategic plan for your early career. The workshop will also allow you to verbalise your career aspirations and learn from other students. We will use a coaching tool for career planning that will help you gain clarity on what you want to achieve and support you in developing necessary resilience for the job search.
Bio:
Ewa Duraj has over 18 years of work experience in multinationals and startups in a variety of HR, PM, and Learning roles that required agility, quick adaptation, resilience, and creativity. She has worked in Ireland, Canada, France and Switzerland. She is passionate about growing others through coaching and via digital and active learning; supporting change management in the organization, enabling the development of a growth mindset in our teams, and keeping in mind the value proposition and ROI.
She holds an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) badge and specialises in career & business coaching and parental transitions coaching.
Lecturing at HEG since 2016, currently Ewa delivers Leading yourself course in the 1st year of IBM. She also works as a Learning consultant for a large luxury group and as a coach through her own business, Missing Jigsaw.
