You will have a chance to explore what networking is for you and hear other students' perspectives. You will have a chance to create your personalised networking plan that will support you in your early career. Our Special guest, Tatiana Rueff, will share with you tips on how to leverage Linkedin in your networking strategy.
Bio:
Ewa Duraj has over 18 years of work experience in multinationals and startups in a variety of HR, PM, and Learning roles that required agility, quick adaptation, resilience, and creativity. She has worked in Ireland, Canada, France and Switzerland. She is passionate about growing others through coaching and via digital and active learning; supporting change management in the organization, enabling the development of a growth mindset in our teams, and keeping in mind the value proposition and ROI.
She holds an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) badge and specialises in career & business coaching and parental transitions coaching.
Lecturing at HEG since 2016, currently Ewa delivers Leading yourself course in the 1st year of IBM. She also works as a Learning consultant for a large luxury group and as a coach through her own business, Missing Jigsaw.
